The horizontal ring die pellet mill can process a wide range of biomass and agricultural waste materials, such as:

1. Feeding: Biomass materials are fed into the machine through a horizontal feeder.
2. Compression: Twin rollers inside the chamber press the material through a rotating ring die.
3. Pelletizing: The raw material is compressed and shaped into dense biomass pellets.
4. Cutting & Discharging: A cutter trims the pellets, and they exit the chamber via a discharge chute.
5. Pellet Cooling: The pellets are sent to a biomass pellet cooler before packaging.
