The Electric Flat Die Wood Pellet Machine is a small biomass granulation device powered by an electric motor. It compresses powdered raw materials like sawdust, crop straw, rice husks, and wood shavings into dense, uniform biomass pellets used for fuel or feed. We offer flat die pellet machines with capacities ranging from 50 kg/h to 900 kg/h. Known for its low energy consumption, easy operation, and cost-effective production, it is widely used in households, farms, and small pellet plants.

You can use scrap biomass materials around to make your biomass pellets. Save money and have a ready supply of pellets by using wood scraps, leaves, grass clippings, and yard waste. This is a great way to dispose of organic waste you might otherwise throw away. The flat die pellet mill has a longer history compared to the ring die pellet machines. There are two types of flat die pellet mills.
1. PM200, PM250, PM300. Flat die rotates, roller fixed. These flat die pellet machines are most suitable for processing soft biomass materials and making animal feed pellets.
2. PM350, PM450, PM550. Flat die fixed, roller rotates. These flat die pellet mills are suitable for making wood pellets.

1. Feed raw materials into the hopper.
2. Inside the machine, rollers rotate and press the material through the holes of the flat die.
3. Friction and pressure generate heat, softening the lignin in the biomass, which binds the particles into cylindrical pellets.
4. The pellets are cut to a desired length and discharged from the outlet.
