Main Equipment: wood crusher, flash sawdust dryer, flat die wood pellet mill, pellet cooling machine, and automatic pellet packing machine.

1. Crushing Section (Hammer Mill). Breaks raw materials into fine powder suitable for pelletizing. Built-in cyclone for efficient dust separation
2. Drying Section (Pipe Dryer). Reduces moisture content to an optimal 10–15% for pelletizing.
3. Pelletizing Section (Flat Die Pellet Mill). Compresses powder into dense, uniform biomass pellets (typically 6mm or 8mm diameter). Heavy-duty structure for long working life.
4. Cooling Section (Pellet Cooler). Lowers pellet temperature to prevent deformation and moisture regain. Improves hardness and storage life
5. Sieving Section (Vibrating Screener). Removes powdery residues and unqualified pellets.
6. Packing Section (Pellet Bagging Machine). Weighing and packaging system for bagging pellets into 15–50 kg sacks
